1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Memorie platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Memorie is a wedding planning platform designed for Filipino couples. Our services include:

• Custom wedding website creation and hosting
• Guest list management and RSVP tracking
• Smart gift registry with links to popular Philippine retailers
• Task management and wedding planning tools
• Wedding day coordination features

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Send spam or unsolicited messages through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity

5. Wedding Website Content

Couples are solely responsible for the content published on their wedding websites hosted by Memorie. This includes text, photos, and any other media. You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all content you upload and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Memorie platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Memorie and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the platform, including wedding website content, photos, and guest data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Memorie may earn a small commission from partner retailers (such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop) when gifts are purchased through our registry links. This comes at no extra cost to you or your guests. Affiliate relationships do not influence our product recommendations or platform features.

8. Payment Terms

Memorie offers a free tier with core features. Premium features may require payment. Payments are processed via GCash or PayMaya. By making a payment, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable Philippine law.

9. Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be retained for a 30-day grace period and then permanently removed.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a manner that could harm other users or the platform itself. We will provide notice before termination where practicable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Memorie and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
